Prenatal and Postpartum visits

These visits can be done virtually or in person, I love getting to know you and building a relationship so I can learn how to best support you and your team. Postpartum is a challenging transition emotionally and physically let me help smooth out some of the bumps along the way.

Birth Preparation session

I offer birth plan assistance, we work together to set goals and make a plan to achieve them during your labor and birth. I will organize your thoughts, wishes, and plans; type them up and email or print them for you.

Birth Plan sessions start at $40 for half an hour

I offer birth bag checklist or packing sessions, we work together to make a list of everything you, baby, and your birth partner might need during your birth. If you choose an in person session I can also help you physically pack your bags.

Birth Bag sessions start at $30 for half an hour

Birth Support

Birth support can be in person for as long as you need me at your birth or virtually for as long as you need me with you (video chat or even just over the phone) I will help make your birth day the best it can be, everyone deserves a beautiful birth!

Birth Affirmation Cards

I've created a beautiful deck of laminated (for water immersion) cards each with a birth mantra that I personally have used. These can help remind you to stay in the present moment, you can keep them on you, have your partner repeat them to you or hang them around the room as a reminder.

Placenta Readings

The placenta is a magical organ, it belongs to the baby. Even though it is attached to the birthing person it is made of the baby's DNA. It holds the blueprint for life within it. It knew how to grow, how to protect and offer nourishment to a baby. Listen to what it tells you. This can be seen as a prayer, a ritual of thanks and praise for the miracle of life. 

I offer placenta readings upon request starting at $50 this can be done in person or with a few pictures.

Reiki Session 

Reiki can help support you through the physical, emotional and spiritual changes your body is going through (both prenatal and postpartum) it can also help lift the "pregnancy fog" you may be experiencing. Many people report feeling more centered, rested and grounded after a session. Reiki therapy can help improve your quality of sleep, reduce stress and anxiety, and even alleviate some nausea. This is a time and place created to bring you back to yourself, to go with in and really see yourself as the powerful being you are!
